All of our art is painted and printed in the UK using the highest quality products.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

All items will be charged according to weight and size and is calculated at checkout.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ART?

Couture and Art Prints
Couture and Art Prints are dispatched within 3-5 working days and posted via Royal Mail. Overseas orders may take longer than 3-5 days, a tracking code will be issued.

 

Original Paintings
All Original Art is shipped directly from our studio in the UK to you via courier within 3-5 working days. We ensure all Original Art is packaged to the highest standards and protected while in transit.

 

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

For online transactions, we accept payment through Paypal and all major credit cards. Please note you do not need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal. For trade orders or bespoke items, we accept bank transfer. Payment is required before an order will be processed.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

 

We offer a 10 day no hassle refund on any Original Art purchased through Giddy Art website.
 

We will happily replace your purchase if it does not arrive in the promised condition. We require you to contact us immediately at hello@giddyart.co.uk and email us a photo of the damaged artwork within 24 hours of receipt of your goods, we will then arrange your refund or replacement. No refund or replacements of damaged artworks will be offered if you fail to report damages within 24 hours of receiving your goods.

If you are returning an item to us, it must be returned in its original packaging and arrive undamaged for a refund to be processed. Refunds are generally processed 24 hours after we receive the returned item.
